Why We Created the Product Updates Section
ProLine is evolving quickly, with new features and improvements rolling out on a regular basis. To help you stay informed, it’s important to have a clear place where you can see what’s launching, understand how new updates work, and find supporting documentation when it becomes available.
While ProLine’s Ideas and Roadmap experience is the primary place to track what’s coming next, many users still ask:
What exactly was released this week?
Where can I find details about this new feature?
How do I start using this update?
To solve this, we created Product Updates, a centralized view that gives you a clear, up-to-date overview of what’s new in ProLine.
Where to Find Product Updates
To access Product Updates:
Log in to your ProLine account.
Open the hamburger menu (☰) in the app.
Select Product Updates from the middle of the menu options.
Note: Product Updates and Submit an Idea both lead to the same experience. The only difference is which tab you land on first.
What You’ll See Inside Product Updates
The Product Updates experience includes three tabs that work together:
Product Updates
This tab highlights newly released features and platform improvements. When we roll out a new feature, integration, or enhancement (excluding minor bug fixes), we publish an update here.
Each Product Update typically includes:
A clear title describing the release
A screenshot preview
A short explanation of what the feature does
Notes from the product team on limitations or next steps, when applicable
You can also subscribe to updates so you’re notified whenever something new is released.
Roadmap
The Roadmap tab shows what’s queued or currently in development.
Because roadmap content is actively evolving, always refer to the live app for the most current and accurate information.
Ideas
The Ideas tab is where feature requests live. From here, you can:
Submit new feature ideas
Upvote ideas submitted by other users
Track progress on ideas you care about
How Product Updates Syncs with Submit an Idea
Product Updates and Submit an Idea are fully connected and point to the same underlying experience.
If you select Product Updates from the hamburger menu, you’ll land on the Product Updates tab.
If you select Submit an Idea, you’ll land on the Ideas tab.
Regardless of where you start, you’ll have access to all three tabs: Ideas, Roadmap, and Product Updates.
If you submitted or voted on an idea, you’ll be notified when that idea is released. Even if you didn’t interact with the idea, you can still discover and learn about the release through Product Updates.
This ensures you always have visibility into what’s coming, what’s in progress, and what’s just launched, all in one place.
