You can either scroll through available types or use the search bar if you have many event types.
These will be based on the options you have set within your Company Settings.
For guidance on setting up Event Types, check out this article: Company Settings: Events - Event Types .
2. Calendar
Similar to event types, you can choose a calendar by browsing or using the search function.
These will also be based on the options you have within your company settings, events tab.
For guidance on setting up Calendars, check out this article:: Company Settings: Events - Calendars
3. Event Name
By default, the event name will mirror the event type.
You can edit the name for more specificity.
4. Project
You can associate the event with an existing project:
Start typing the project name.
Proline will automatically search and match the project.
Once selected, the project will auto-fill the Project Assignee
Note: You can also create an event without linking it to a project. To do this, enter all the event information, click Schedule, and then select the checkbox "No project selected, schedule without project?"; to proceed.

When you click inside the guest field, you will see three options:
Contact: Customers, realtors, adjusters
User: Internal team members

Important:
The main contact for the project is automatically sent an external event invite.
Guests you add to the event will also receive an invite.
7. Scheduling
This section displays your ProLine calendar and available scheduling options.
Working hours and available slots appear by default
A green dot indicates they are active
You may disable working hours or availability to manually schedule outside standard times
To choose a time:
Select a date on the calendar
Choose a time from the available slots
Note:
The calendar displays start times in 30-minute increments (such as 9:00, 9:30, 10:00).
Even if your event is shorter than 30 minutes, available start times follow this schedule.
Rescheduling Events (Drag and Drop)
Events can be moved on the calendar by dragging and dropping them.
Your Events calendar displays each scheduled event as a time block. You can switch calendar views between Month, Week, Day, and Dispatch to navigate your schedule more easily.
To reschedule an event:

Click and hold the event block
Drag it to the new date and time
Release the event where you want it to be scheduled
After dropping the event, a popup will open showing the updated details.
Click the Update button to save the changes.
