Look at the left sidebar menu in your ProLine app.

Click the Messages option. It’s the fifth option from the top.

By default, the tab opens with the SMS category selected.

The SMS section shows all messages to and from contacts within your ProLine account. From here, you can view and navigate messages.

Beneath the “SMS” header, you’ll see a dropdown menu with three viewing options:

- Displays all current SMS conversations with your contacts.
- Click on any thread to open the conversation to the right of your screen and see the full history.

- Displays all archived messages, allowing you to review past conversations without cluttering your active message view.
 - On your ProLine mobile app, swipe a message to the left and tap Archive icon to save it.

1. My Messages (Default View)
 - Displays all current SMS conversations with your contacts.
 - Click on any thread to open the conversation to the right of your screen and see the full history.
2. My Archive
 - Displays all archived messages, allowing you to review past conversations without cluttering your active message view.
 - On your ProLine mobile app, swipe a message to the left and tap Archive icon to save it.

The Messages tab in ProLine allows you to view and manage SMS conversations with your contacts, as well as your AI Agents (if applicable).
