Accessing the Projects on the Data Manager
To begin the export process:
Open your ProLine account.
Tap the Menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
At the top of the menu select Data Manager
This will open a new tab in your browser. In the top-middle of the screen, you’ll see several options.
Select Projects to continue.
Using the All Projects Tab
Once inside the All Projects tab:
No Preset Filters – By default, all projects in your account will be displayed every time you open this tab.
Apply Filters – Use the filters provided to narrow down your list and locate specific projects. You can filter by various criteria depending on your needs.
Stages: Filter by project stage, these stages are set by you and allow you to have them customized based on your unique process. See how to configure them here.
Started Stage Before & After: Define the timeline you’re interested in viewing, based on the date the projects were added to the stage chosen.
Past Stage: This filter lets you select a stage and view all projects that have passed through that stage in the past.
Location: The ability to search all projects assigned to a location within ProLine, this can be done one location at a time or you can select multiple locations to view at once. See how to configure it here.
Status: Choose from project statuses, such as: Lead, Inspection, Open, Won, Lost. These are assigned to stages and used for reporting purposes. See how to configure them here.
Tags: Filter by any Tag you have set in Your Company Settings. See how to configure them here.
Lead Source: Identify projects based on their originating source (e.g., web form, referral). See how to configure it here.
Sort Direction: Organize the data either A to Z or Z to A (ascending/descending).
Zip Codes: Narrow the view to a single or multiple postal areas.
Assignees: Narrow the view by which user was the primary assignee to a project.
Inside Sales: Narrow the view by which user was the inside sales assignee to a project.
Accounting: Narrow the view by which user was the accounting assignee to a project.
Production: Narrow the view by which user was the production assignee to a project.
Bulk Actions in the Projects Tab
In the Projects tab, you will also find four buttons for bulk actions:
Bulk Edit Projects – Allows you to edit multiple projects at once by assignee, stage, or tags. You can also add or remove tags or update the main contact campaign.
Bulk Delete Projects – lets you delete multiple projects at once.
Export CSV Projects – Export project data in CSV format for external use.
Import CSV Projects – Import project data from a CSV file to update or add projects in bulk.
Understanding the Project List
Each project entry includes key visual and functional elements:
Colored Circle – Opens the primary contact details page for the project.
Play Button – Indicates the campaign currently associated with the main contact of the project.
Expand Box Icon – Opens project details, allowing you to view additional information and edit the project if needed.
