What can ProLine’s AI Agents do right now?
As of July 18, 2025, ProLine’s AI Agents focus specifically on voice-based scheduling. Here’s what they’re capable of:
Inbound call handling (answering and responding intelligently)
Outbound calling for scheduling
Handling after-hours calls
Disqualifying unqualified leads
Creating tasks within the ProLine system
They currently do not support quote or sales follow-up but can be paired with campaign automation for broader outreach workflows.
How do I activate AI Agents in my ProLine account?
No Zapier required! AI Agents are fully integrated into your ProLine platform.
To get started:
Requirement: You must be on the Best tier plan to activate AI Agents.
How to activate:
Click on the hamburger menu (☰)
Select Plan & Billing
Add a paid seat
Go back to your boards and click the hamburger menu (☰)
Click Manage Team
Select the AI Agents tab
Click Add AI Agent
Choose the agent of your choice
Click Add Agent
Can AI Agents follow up after a form fill?
Yes. AI Agents can automatically follow up with leads after a form fill or any other campaign trigger.
You can configure campaigns to pass lead details to the agent, which will then call and attempt to schedule based on your settings.
Do AI Agents clean up fake emails or bad leads?
Not yet. Currently, agents do not validate emails or clean up data. They are focused on voice scheduling. However, this capability may be added in the future.
Can AI Agents follow up on quotes?
No, not directly. AI Agents do not currently handle quote follow-ups.
However:
Sequential automations are available for quote follow-up.
These can be configured by any paid user on Better or higher plan.
Over 55 prebuilt campaigns are available in ProLine to support this.
Can small teams use AI Agents to scale like large companies?
Absolutely — with the right mindset.
AI Agents are not a replacement for people, but they help enable small teams to:
