Overview
A Form Page lets you collect structured information directly inside your quotes. This makes it easier to gather project details, customer selections, notes, or other inputs without needing external forms or additional back-and-forth communication.

Configuring a Form Page
Renaming a Form Page
To rename a page, click the pencil icon on the blue bar at the top of the page editor where the page name appears.
Building the Form
Form Pages are built using rows and cells. Rows act as horizontal sections across the page, and each row contains one or more cells. Cells are the individual fields customers will see and interact with.
Adding rows:
Click +Add new row in the center of the page. To add more rows later, just click the +Add new row button at the top right of the page builder.
Adding and managing cells in a row:
Each row displays a + icon and a 🗑 delete icon on the right side.
Click the + icon to add a new cell to that row.
Click the 🗑 delete icon to remove the entire row.
Adding cells to a row:
Inside a row, click the + button to add a new cell.
Give the cell a label (e.g., Gate Code, Material Selection, Jobsite Notes).
Select a Cell Type from the options below.
Cell Types
Cell Type | Best for |
Input — Single Line | Short responses such as names, codes, or numbers |
Input — Multi-Line | Longer descriptions, notes, or special instructions |
Input — Dropdown | Multiple-choice selections using a predefined list |
Content — Text | Static instructions or informational text — no customer input required |
Content — Signature | Displays the signer's signature once the quote is signed. |
Cell Settings
Required — makes the field mandatory before the quote can be submitted.
Prefill Content Type — select a variable to auto-populate known details such as customer name, project address, or company information. This reduces manual entry and ensures accuracy. Applicable to Multi Line and Single Line cell types.
Dropdown options — enter options as comma-separated values (e.g., Homeowner Insurance,Wind Damage,Hail Damage,Other). Do not add spaces between items.
Text Content — Enter static text when the “Content — Text” cell type is selected.
Editing Cells
To edit a cell, click the gear icon that appears on the right side of the cell. From here you can update the label, cell type, required setting, dropdown values, and prefill variable. Changes save automatically when you close the editor.
Page Actions
At the top-right corner of the page editor you will see the following actions:
Action | Description |
Duplicate | Creates an exact copy of the Form Page |
Delete | Removes the page from the template |
Common Use Cases
Property access instructions — Ask the homeowner to fill in gate codes, alarm codes, pet information, or parking restrictions for the crew so there are no delays on the day of the job.
Insurance claim information — Add fields for the claim number, adjuster name, and insurance company so all the information is captured in one place before work begins.
Financing acknowledgement — Include a form for the homeowner to confirm they have reviewed financing terms or monthly payment estimates before signing.
Quick Notes on Form Pages
All changes are autosaved — you'll see "Changes are autosaved" in the top-right corner.
Use the visibility checkbox on each page to hide it from customers while keeping it in the template.
If you build a form page in a quote without a Signature Page, the Content — Signature cell type won't display a signature after the quote is approved — it requires the signature captured on the Signature Page.
