Dashboard: Usage

Written by Laura Acosta

Accessing the Usage Dashboard

  1. Click on Dashboard, found on the left hand side of your screen.

  2. Within the Dashboard section, select the Usage Report option.

Overall Score

At the top of the Usage Dashboard, you’ll see your Overall Score.

  • Your overall score is calculated by taking all the individual category scores, averaging them (with weighting), and translating the result to a single number between 0 and 100. This score is based on your company's platform usage.

Important Note: A high score reflects active usage but does not guarantee that your configuration or implementation is fully optimized. For personalized guidance, ProLine recommends scheduling a call with the support team or your account manager.

Categories That Influence the Score

  1. App Opens: Tracks the number of times the application has been opened by users of this ProLine account in the last 30 days.

  2. Carrier Registration: Monitors the status of phone‑carrier verification (e.g., A2P registration, CNAM, SHAKEN/STIR). This ensures compliant, higher‑quality call and SMS delivery.

  3. Merchant Account: Shows progress in setting up your payments processor. A completed application enables invoicing and collecting payments via card or ACH.

  4. Active Campaigns: Displays the number of active automated campaigns. Campaigns are built using steps like automated text messages, automated emails, push notifications, automated task creations, webhooks, Zapier triggers, and project creation actions.

  5. Active Stage Triggers: Represents automation rules tied to project stages. They fire campaigns or other actions when a project moves into a specific stage.

  6. Automations Ran: The number of automated actions that have ran in the past 30 days. For example automated messages, emails, tasks.

  7. New Leads: Reports the number of incoming prospects added to the system in the last 30 days. These typically come through forms, referrals, or imported contacts via integrations.

  8. Quotes Sent: Tracks how many quotes have been sent to projects in the last 30 days.

  9. Orders Sent: Displays orders that have been sent from the system in the last 30 days.

  10. Invoices Sent: Indicates invoicing activity in the last 30 days. Once the merchant account is setup, invoices can be issued and payments collected.

  11. Outgoing Calls: Counts outbound calls made through ProLine in the last 30 days, useful for measuring sales or support outreach.

  12. Answered Calls: Shows inbound calls answered through ProLine in the last 30 days.

  13. Outgoing Texts: Tallies SMS messages sent via ProLine, typically automated through campaigns or triggered workflows in the last 30 days.

  14. All Payments: Aggregates transaction volume. Payments the business has received across all methods in ProLine in the last 30 days.

  15. Merchant Payments: Specifically tracks payments processed via the connected merchant account (i.e., card/ACH via ProLine's billing setup) in the last 30 days.

Each of these activity areas reflects how consistently and effectively your team is engaging with ProLine.

Timeframe for Usage

Most of the scoring is based on activity from the last 30 days. This means:

  • If usage is high one month and lower the next, your score will adjust accordingly.

  • It’s a helpful way to see whether your team is maintaining consistent platform engagement.

Why the Usage Dashboard Matters

  • Visibility for Owners/Admins: Quickly see how your company is using ProLine.

  • Adoption Tracking: Gauge whether the platform is being used to its full potential.

  • Improvement Opportunities: Identify areas where usage is low and take action.

Getting Help to Improve Scores

If your score is lower than expected, ProLine provides several support options:

  • Support Team: Reach out for quick assistance (typically responds within 5 minutes).

  • Account Manager: Schedule meetings for in-depth help and tailored recommendations.

Helpful Tip: Use the Usage Dashboard as a health check for your company’s engagement with ProLine. Regularly reviewing your score and underlying categories will help ensure you’re getting maximum value out of the platform.
