Dashboard: Activity

The Activity Report is a tool for gaining real-time visibility into the ongoing inbound and outbound communication within your business.

Written by Laura Acosta

Overview

The Activity Report provides a high-level overview of all current activity within your business. It's especially helpful for:

  • Monitoring team communication in real-time

  • Identifying trends in team member activity

  • Holding individuals accountable to communication benchmarks

Using Filters in the Activity Report

At the top of the Activity section, you'll find filters that let you narrow down the report by:

  • Team member

  • Start date

  • End date

Key Benefits with Team Accountability

One of the most powerful features of the Activity Report is the ability to drill down into performance by team member:

  • Select specific team members to view their communication logs.

  • Can measure team members activity against your team's KPI’s (ex: a certain number of follow-up calls per week).

  • Enforce communication quotas

  • Customize the date range to analyze performance over any length of time.

  • Reduce time spent manually checking in with team members.

  • Make informed decisions on workload distribution and support

  • Review for quality assurance

By seeing what each team member is doing on a daily basis, managers can better understand the workload of staff and identify areas of need.

Real-Time Activity Monitoring

As your team interacts with clients and projects, their activities are tracked and displayed in the Activity Feed. These include:

  • Incoming and outgoing calls

  • Incoming and outgoing text messages

  • Notes

  • Project updates (ex: stage changes, when a quote gets created)

Additionally, the Activity Feed includes its own set of filters that let you further narrow down the data by activity type, such as calls, messages, notes, and emails; giving you deeper visibility into specific interactions.
