How to Access Your Profile Settings
Click the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
Navigate to Account Settings.
The first tab you’ll land on is Profile, this is where you’ll input your individual user details.
Profile Photo
Purpose: Replaces your default initial across the platform.
Benefits:
Provides a visual identifier in features like the activity feed.
Especially useful when multiple team members share the same initials.
Saves time by reducing the need to hover or click to identify who performed an action.
If you leave this blank, your account will display only your first name initial.
Use the dynamic variable {{user_photo}} in campaigns to show the user’s photo.
Name Fields
First Name & Last Name:
Ensure your name is correctly spelled and capitalized.
These fields power dynamic variables in campaigns such as:
{{user_fname}}
{{project_assignee_fname}}
{{user_lname}}
{{project_assignee_lname}}
These dynamic variables are used in templates and automated messaging, so accurate input ensures a more professional appearance.
Unique Text Field
This is one of the most flexible and powerful personalization tools in your profile.
What You Can Use It For:
A personal intro video hosted on YouTube (unlisted), introducing yourself and your role.
An Internal or External booking link for scheduling.
A link to personal landing pages, bios, or relevant documents.
How It Works:
Insert your link or message into the Unique Text field.
Use the dynamic variable {{user_text}} in campaigns to embed that personalized content automatically.
Ideal for automation workflows involving multiple team members, each person’s unique text displays dynamically.
Unique File Upload
Purpose:
Attach a unique file per user that can be distributed through campaigns.
Examples:
A personal PDF introduction.
Sales materials or guides tailored to your style or territory.
This file will be sent automatically on a campaign email or text step if the “Attach Assignee's Unique File” checkbox is enabled.
Best Practices
Keep profile information updated and accurate for each team member.
Don’t reuse the same Unique Text or Unique File across multiple profiles unless it’s intentional.
Use the direct campaign editor if you need static content; reserve profile fields for individual customization.
